Organizational Development Specialist
Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in OD-related functions
- Exposure to employee engagement, training, or HR analytics
- Experience supporting organizational programs or projects
- Basic knowledge of OD concepts and HR processesStrong coordination and organizational skillsData gathering and basic analysis skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and systematicAbility to handle multiple tasksTeam-oriented and adaptable
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- . Support Organizational Development Programs
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational and employee development programs aligned with business needs
- Coordinate activities that support workforce capability development and organizational effectiveness
- Organizational Design and Job Management
- Assist in job analysis, job evaluation, and development/maintenance of job descriptions to ensure role clarity and alignment
- Support organizational structure review and updates to improve efficiency and workforce alignment
- Performance and Talent Management Support
- Support implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and calibration activities
- Assist in promotion, regularization, and other talent movement processes ensuring alignment with company policies
- Conduct Organizational Assessments
- Assist in conducting organizational assessments, employee surveys, and organization review activities
- Analyze data to identify development needs, gaps, and improvement areas
- Support Culture and Engagement Initiatives
- Assist in implementing culture-building and employee engagement programs
- Coordinate activities that promote a positive and productive workplace culture
- Support Change Management and Continuous Improvement
- Provide support in implementing organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Assist in organizational improvement projects and recommend enhancements based on findings
Monitor Program Effectiveness and Internal Collaboration
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of OD programs and systems; prepare reports and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with HR and department leaders to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with organizational goals and support related activities as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
